Policies

Cancellation: All appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled must be done more than 24 hours before your appointment time in order to avoid a cancellation fee. (Fee is determined by the practitioner)

Refund Policy: any session purchases (single or packages) that are paid for in advance can be refunded up to 50% of the amount of the remaining session(s). **(This does not include promotional purchases where sessions were purchased at a discount or from a public source or event.)

Personal Conduct: massage therapy is meant to be therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any actions, verbal or physical, that cause the practitioner or client to become uncomfortable will be called out immediately. A repeat of these actions will result in the immediate termination of the session.
